If you love getting your products fast (and who doesn't, right!) we have great news: Crorzar has an office in the St. George Utah area and that is where we do all of our shipping from. 

So far this year it has taken us an average of 0.7 days to process and ship your orders. In other words, almost every single one goes out the same day you place it (business days of course). 

Believe it or not, this speed has actually led to a few negative reviews when people wanted to change an order a few hours after placing it. A good problem in our book!

We mainly ship using the post office, USPS First Class Mail. It averages 2-6 days  nationwide. For an additional cost we can provide faster shipping options, as quickly as next day. Just select one at checkout (the best bang for your buck is USPS's Priority Mail, which takes 1-3 days and even includes insurance).

Returns Policy 

At Crorzar, we aim to make things as simple as possible. This includes our returns process.

Within 30 days of your purchase you may return your products for a refund for any reason (or for no reason). 

 

*Holiday returns: we know many of you love to give Crorzar products as gifts (we may be biased, but we think they are pretty awesome gifts).

Any purchases made between November 16th and December 25th will have an extended return window. 

These purchases can be returned until January 4th. 

Simply follow these steps:

 

Step 1

Email returns@crorzar.net with the subject "return" followed by your order number (the order number is in a confirmation email from us).

In the body of your email, let us know if the product is defective (this won't affect your return, we just need to know what to do with it when it comes back). If it's a technical issue, our team may reach out to you to see if we can help resolve it. 

You will receive a response within 24 hours containing the return address and a pre-paid return label. 

Step 2

Mail the product back to us with the original accessories and packaging. Please make sure you also include your order number so we know who to give the refund to. 

We hate restocking fees as much as you do and do everything we can to avoid them. As long as the product is returned in original condition with all accessories, we don't have to worry about them. 

Step 3

Once we receive your product back we will process the return and your refund. When we do this you will receive an email notification. Please allow 7-10 days to complete this process.

You will receive a refund back to your original purchase method, or we can offer in store credit if you prefer. Some banks and credit cards take longer to process refunds. If you haven't received your refund within a few days, please contact your bank.
